Marci Panis

De Salon is de trots van Marci Panis. Deze prachtige voormalige directeurskamer bevat nog veel originele stijlkenmerken. De Salon is bij uitstek geschikt voor lezingen, debatten, filmvertoningen, vergaderingen, fotoshoots en boekpresentaties. Het vloeroppervlak is 11 bij 5 meter en het is gelegen op de eerste verdieping van het pand. Naast de salon is een keuken en zijn er toiletten, gedeeld met 9 andere studio’s van dezelfde verdieping. Wij hanteren verschillende tarieven voor commercieel en niet-commercieel gebruik.

There are two individual guest rooms for rent in Marci Panis. These rooms are clean and well kept but very basic and simply furnished. The two guest rooms share a kitchen, showers and toilets. The toilets are on the corridor and the kitchen is on a separate floor. The pension is run on a voluntary part-time basis by artists of Marci Panis. There is no reception for the pension so you must organise your time of arrival a week in advance by e-mail to ensure we will be available to meet you on your arrival. This pension is low budget accommodation. There is no room service. Each guest must keep their own room and the kitchen clean during their stay. Marci Panis is located in a nice centrally located part of Amsterdam, with the Amstel river just around the corner.

HOW LONG CAN YOU STAY:
We rent for a minimum of one week (7 days) and a maximum of 12 weeks. That means you can rent a room for 2 days but you have to pay for a week.

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM:
Please contact the person in charge of the pension by e-mail: fpmbosma@icloud.com to enquire about availability of rooms. Please specify the dates you are interested in staying and we will reply with our availability for that time.

After finding a suitable period you may wish to reserve. However, we can guarantee your reservation only if you pay 100% of your planned stay within one week of your reservation. If we have not received payment within one week you should check back with us if the period you wished to reserve for is still available. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your confirmation when we have received your payment in full.

HOW MUCH THE ROOMS COST:
Yellow room (downstairs) and blue room (upstairs)
1 week = 300 euro
2 weeks = 390 euro
3 weeks = 480 euro
4 weeks = 560 euro

After 4 weeks every extra week costs 150 euro
These amounts are ex 21% VAT and 12,5% tourist tax
For example:
If you rent a room for 1 week you pay 300 Euro plus tourist tax 37,50 + VAT 63 Euro = 400,50 Euro.
The second week costs 120,15: Euro 90 + 11,25 + 18,90.

Extra bed/person per week: 65 euro
Additional clean bed linen: 10 euro per set.

HOW TO PAY / MAKE A RESERVATION:
When you have confirmed the dates of your stay you will be sent an invoice via email along with the Marci Panis bank details. Your room will be reserved for you as soon as the payment has been made.

CLEANING:
When checking out, please leave the room(s), shower space and kitchen, as clean as you found it on arrival. If the room is not left clean 30 euro will be charged.

HOW TO GET THERE?
From Amsterdam Central station, take any metro, exit at the stop Wibautstraat (4th stop after Central station). Take the exit in the direction Gijsbrecht van Aemstelstraat. Walk for 500 meters straight ahead, turn right into the Marcusstraat. Marci Panis is the old school building on the left side of the street. Go to number 50.

De ruimte van CWBoost is een voormalige gymzaal uit 1897 en omgebouwd tot de grootste theaterstudio in Marci Panis. Het vloeroppervlak is 12m bij 14m, hoogte is 4,5m en een gedeeltelijk 6monder de lichtkap.
Er zijn 3 pilaren aanwezig en we hebben een gedeelde tuin!

Voorzieningen ruimte:
Dansvloer, luchtverversing, muziekinstallatie via Bluetooth, daglicht, maar ook voor ene groot gedeelte te verduisteren, gratis WIFI, piano in overleg en diverse soorten matten.
Eenvoudige theaterbelichting, in overleg.

Verder:
Gedeelde toiletten op de gang, eigen douche, koelkast, waterkoker, koffieapparaat.
Eigen eenvoudige keuken in overleg.

De studio leent zich uitstekend voor allerlei doeleinden: naast circus, voor repetitie, vergadering, fotoshoot, filmopname.
We verhuren de ruimte dan ook graag! Voor een dag en/of dagdeel. Een week of periode kan alleen tijdens schoolvakanties.
